Now
“Someday”
is not a date.
Send one link — your crew joins with no app to install and no account to create.
From a spontaneous espresso to a trip together.
Each of these plans is one link you send to your crew.
Now
Tonight
Weekend
Holiday
Half a minute is enough to start.
Try the mini demo and see how a spontan comes together in a few steps.
What are we doing?
Pick an activity. The basics are enough, you’ll sort out the rest later.
When?
Set a time or decide it together.
Pick days, add times. Everyone else votes.
A spontan with no set date yet, e.g. a trip you’re still planning.
Invite the crew
Pick friends or a group, or just send the link. Nobody has to install anything.
The crew replies
Watch who’s in, live. No more “so who’s coming?” in the group chat.
Less switching. More doing.
Chat, plan, expenses and memories live with one spontan instead of being scattered across apps.
A link is enough
Friends open the link, see the plan, reply and chat. No account, nothing to install.
Chat on the plan
Every spontan has its own chat with polls. Decisions don’t get lost between memes in the group.
Map and route
Meeting point, venue and GPX route on one map. One tap and navigation takes over.
Discover nearby
Coffee, dinner or something to do close to the plan. We suggest what’s around.
Expenses and settling up
Who paid for fuel, who paid for the stay. One settlement at the end: who owes whom.
Story and shared album
Photos land in one album, and friends who couldn’t make it follow the story live.
What’s worth knowing before your first spontan.
No. They open the link, see the plan, tap “Going / Maybe / Can’t” and chat right from the browser. No account, nothing to install.
The conversation can still happen in chat, but the time, participants, tasks, places and key decisions get their own clear spot in an up-to-date plan.
Yes. A new plan is private: only invited people see it. You can open it to your friends, and you can change visibility at any time.
The public beta is free. At this stage you can create plans, send invites and help shape the product with your feedback.
On Android from Google Play and in the browser at app.spontime.com. The iOS app is in a closed beta; ask for access at biuro@spontime.com.
As a participant, no. The link is enough, no app and no account. To create your own spontans, sign up and use the browser at app.spontime.com. The phone app gives you more: push notifications for replies and messages, invites from your address book, photos straight from the camera and your location on the map.
Write to biuro@spontime.com. The team building the app reads it, and ideas from the beta make it into the next releases.
Start with an idea.
Figure out the rest together.
